St Mary’s Community Centre, Pontefract
St Mary’s Community Centre is a new build replacement community centre in Pontefract providing cafe, recreational and social areas, crèche, break out space and administration suites together with external works included feature retaining walls, car parking and amenity areas. David Sykes Electrical was responsible for the M&E package including the installation of the new mains distribution, luminaires, emergency lighting, small power, security systems and electrics associated with mechanical services and fire alarms.

Leeds Rhinos Training Ground
The development consisted of the creation of a multi-gym area, physiotherapist area, and doctor’s surgery and ancillary offices at Leeds Rhino's training facility at Kirstall, Leeds. David Sykes Electrical was responsible for all the electrical installation within the new leisure development.

Leeds Rhinos Medical Centre, Headingley, Leeds
Installation of small power, luminaries, emergency lighting, security systems and data wiring for new medical centre at Headingley Stadium for Leeds Rhinos.

Lecture Rooms and Stewards Facilities, Elland Road, Leeds United
The redevelopment consisted of updating previous exhibition facilities and office accommodation to create new meeting and storage facilities together with ancillary office accommodation within a separate building at Elland Road Football Stadium. David Sykes Electrical was responsible for the installation of small power, luminaries, emergency lighting, security systems and data wiring within the building.

New Bars, Headingley Carnegie Cricket Ground, Yorkshire CCC
Headingley Carnegie Cricket Ground adjoins the rugby stadium through a shared main stand. It has seen Test cricket since 1899 and has a capacity of 17,000. In recent years there has been an incremental redevelopment of the ground with a number of new stands been built. David Sykes Electrical was responsible for the electrical installations relating to the new bar facilities located underneath the seating areas within the West, East and North East Stands.

Mixenden Outdoor Centre, Mixenden, Halifax
Mixenden Outdoor Centre provides a wide range of activities that include climbing, canoeing and kayaking, caving, teambuilding, mountain biking and other activities by arrangement. Indoor facilities include a sports hall with a climbing wall, a kitchen and ancillary meeting rooms and office accommodation. David Sykes Electrical was responsible for stripping out the obsolete electrical installations and replacing it with new, as part of a major refurbishment of the Centre.

Public House Refurbishments, John Smith’s Brewery, Sam Smith Brewery, Tetley Brewery
Over the years David Sykes Electrical has been involved in carrying out the electrical installations within numerous public house refurbishment projects within the North of England for John Smith, Sam Smith and Tetley breweries.
