The quality of our materials we purchase and supply are crucial to the quality of the work that we are able to deliver to our customers. We source the vast majority of installation materials from our four main partner wholesalers who are committed to giving us the highest levels of personal service.
The materials we source are of the highest quality. We will not compromise quality to achieve lower prices. We have always used materials to the standards dictated by the British Standards Institute unless a higher specification is required.
We have a policy of purchasing the highest quality of plant and test equipment from our partner suppliers. Our quality systems then require that we test the performance of these items on a regular basis. If an item becomes unsafe, it is either disposed of or repaired. With quality controlled test equipment there is a continually monitored calibration compliance programme.
We have a policy of complete financial prudence. We reinvest our profits to improve both the depth and range of services that we are able to offer our clients. We invest in our business so those customers can invest their faith in us.

Therefore after-sales support such as technical, service, maintenance and follow up are essential considerations.
