David Sykes Electrical can provide electrical estimates utilising our in-house experienced and knowledgeable electrical engineers.
Our standard estimating process includes:
- evaluating the drawings and specifications within a customer’s tender package;
- undertaking site visits and meetings, as appropriate;
- conducting take-offs and collect both supplier and sub-contractor quotes and input materials, labour and quotes into our Luckins product and estimating software which is updated on a weekly basis to obtain trade prices;
- writing up any clarifications or qualifications to be submitted with the tender;
- reviewing the estimate and adding required margins;
- and, compiling and submitting the tender and attending tender interviews.
